Role Overview
The Head of Visual Communication will lead the creative team, manage design projects, and transform business concepts into compelling visual campaigns. The person will ensure brand consistency, drive creative innovation, and deliver high-impact designs for marketing, digital, and product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative team and manage design project assignments from start to finish
- Interpret business concepts and convert them into creative visual ideas
- Define design strategies, timelines, and project goals
- Pitch creative concepts and communicate project briefs to the team
- Select design elements for campaigns, products, and marketing initiatives
- Oversee the execution of design projects and ensure high-quality output
- Analyze market trends and research to inform design decisions
Ideal Candidate
- 10–15 years of experience in design, with 10–12 years in senior or managerial roles
- Strong creativity and ability to turn briefs into impactful projects
- Excellent leadership, organization, and analytical skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
- Experience in resolving complex design challenges and maintaining brand consistency
