Nokia and Supermicro join hands for AI-ready data center networking

Nokia has partnered with Supermicro to create new data center networking solutions designed for AI, high performance computing and cloud workloads. Data centers today face big challenges as AI and cloud applications demand faster speed and more efficiency. To address this, the two companies will bring together Supermicro’s 800G Ethernet switching platforms with Nokia’s Service Router Linux operating system and automation tools.

The joint solution will help cloud providers, enterprises and communication service providers manage their data centers in a simpler way. It is a ready to use package that covers the full network cycle from design and setup to daily operations. This will cut deployment time, lower running costs and improve overall performance.
