Nokia has announced two new appointments, further strengthening its core leadership team. The appointments will be effective October 1st, 2025.
Pallavi Mahajan has been appointed as Chief Technology and AI Officer. She previously led Intel’s data center and AI software businesses, bringing experience in network technology, software, and artificial intelligence. Before joining Nokia, she held leadership positions at Intel Corporation, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Juniper Networks.
Konstanty Owczarek has been appointed as Chief Corporate Development Officer. He will lead the Strategy and Corporate Development and has experience in corporate development, investment banking, and strategy management. His previous roles include leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and AIG.
“To succeed in the AI era, we need to focus on technologies that differentiate us from competitors, strengthen our cybersecurity and AI capabilities, and invest in strategic partnerships,” said Nokia CEO Justin Hotard.
