Nokia is hiring a Technician – Test Engineering to support RF testing operations and production activities. The role focuses on tester performance maintenance troubleshooting and ensuring smooth production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor tester productivity yield and false call rates
- Ensure KPIs are met and resolve performance gaps
- Support maintenance and fine tuning of RF testers and instruments
- Handle tester changeovers and IC programming updates
- Assist in spare management and reduce downtime
- Support NPI and mass production validation activities
- Perform troubleshooting and improve tester performance
- Work with global and local teams on installation and issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Engineering degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or test engineering
- Experience with RF testers and test equipment
- Knowledge of tools like SPEA FPT Keysight ICT Data IO systems
- Hands on troubleshooting skills in RF and PCBA testing
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of calibration processes for test instruments
- Experience in preparing reports and MIS summaries
