The brand’s range includes audio wearables, charging accessories, and health devices like digital thermometers. OlivLife aims to make smart living simple and accessible for everyone through quality products and a fun, youthful approach.

Job Objective

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales through general trade, modern trade, and distribution channels. The role includes appointing distributors, onboarding retailers, and expanding OlivLife’s market presence in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and stockists
  • Expand the retail network across stores, chains, and relevant outlets
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
  • Ensure product visibility and availability across all outlets
  • Support local marketing activities like demos, retailer meets, and in-store promotions
  • Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets
  • Expansion of distributor network and retail coverage
  • Product visibility and market penetration
  • Timely claim and payment processing
  • Consistent product availability across SKUs

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in trade or channel sales, preferably in electronics
  • Understanding of electronics distribution and trade strategies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and result-oriented
  • Comfortable with regular travel within the assigned area
  • Graduate or MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred
