On September 22, 2025, OPPO announced that its upcoming Find X9 Series will debut with the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, showcasing a leap in performance and efficiency. Built on a third-generation All-Big-Core CPU architecture, the Dimensity 9500 features one ultra-core at 4.21GHz, three premium cores, and four performance cores. This design delivers up to 32% faster single-core and 17% faster multi-core performance compared to its predecessor, while reducing peak power consumption by 55%, extending battery life significantly.
The chipset also integrates the Arm G1-Ultra GPU, which boosts graphics performance by 33% and improves power efficiency by 42%, supporting console-grade ray tracing. Paired with OPPO’s advanced cooling system, the Find X9 ensures stable, high-frame-rate gaming under heavy workloads.
Complementing the chipset, OPPO introduces its Trinity Engine, which debuts Android’s first Unified Computing Power Model. This innovation enables precise system-level computational modeling across CPU, GPU, and DSU, achieving over 90% prediction accuracy in power consumption. It allows refined energy optimization for various scenarios, from gaming to everyday use and imaging.
