Panasonic Corporation of North America has been certified as a Great Place to Work

Panasonic Corporation of North America has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the fourth year in a row. This recognition is based on feedback from employees, with 83% saying it’s a great place to work. The survey conducted by Great Place to Work, highlights that Panasonic employees feel a strong sense of inclusion and community. Most respondents said the workplace is safe, welcoming to new employees and fair across different identities. Specifically high levels of fairness were reported regarding race and gender. These results reflect Panasonic’s ongoing focus on building a respectful and inclusive work environment.
