Panasonic Showcases Smart Factory Innovations at Productronica India 2025

At Productronica India 2025, Panasonic Smart Factory Solutions Division (PSFSIN) presented its latest offerings under the theme “Autonomous Factory – Skill-less Operation.” The showcase highlighted Panasonic’s integrated digital and hardware ecosystem designed to improve efficiency and enable autonomous manufacturing as part of the Make in India initiative.

Key solutions included the next-generation NPM-G Series, a modular placement machine delivering high productivity and accuracy; advanced printers with automation systems to optimize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE); and the PanaCIM Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for real-time factory monitoring and optimization.

The Smart MirAIe ProFactory solutions demonstrated digitalization and operations and maintenance capabilities to support manufacturers in reducing reliance on manual skills while improving productivity, consistency, and cost efficiency.

The booth was inaugurated by Tadashi Chiba, MD & CEO, PLSIND; Takahashi Ryotaro, MD CPBD & AVP, Panasonic Connect; Osamu Shimada, DMD, PSFSIN; and Vishal Dahiya, Director, Factory Automation, PSFSIN. Live demonstrations illustrated how Panasonic’s PCBA solutions help manufacturers adopt automation effectively.
