Peeyush Agarwal appointed as Head – Manufacturing Engineering at Havells India

Peeyush Agarwal has been appointed Head Manufacturing Engineering at Havells India Ltd. In this role he will lead manufacturing engineering strategy, production optimisation and advanced industrial initiatives to support operational excellence and innovation.

Before joining Havells India he served as Assistant General Manager at JBM Group where he led strategic projects and Industry 4.0 programs. Earlier he spent over a decade at Hero MotoCorp working on new product development, supply chain transformation, capex planning and greenfield plant setup. His career also includes engineering and process leadership roles at Ashok Leyland and Tata Motors. His experience spans manufacturing transformation and advanced engineering strategy across automotive and electrical sectors.
