Pooja Sharma has been appointed as National Head – Sales at E-Ashwa Automotive Private Limited. She brings over 16 years of experience across sales, marketing and business development.
Before this role, she worked with Tesla Power USA MENA LLC, Bharat Claims and Madhyam Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where she contributed to revenue growth and market expansion across sectors.
Her expertise includes sales strategy, ATL and BTL marketing, digital PR, content development and new business development. She has experience in building sales systems, improving operational efficiency and leading teams during growth phases.
Sharma has also worked on strengthening processes such as training and onboarding, helping organizations scale in a structured manner. Her leadership approach focuses on collaboration, inclusion and team development, supporting long-term and data-driven business outcomes.
