Prachi Paranjape has joined Honeywell Sundyne India as India Leader HRBP, heading HR and Administration for the India GCC and ISC. She brings over 15 years of experience in human resources across companies like Honeywell, Capgemini, Infosys, Union Bank of India and Biotech Consortium India Limited (BCIL).
At Honeywell, she led digital HR transformation across APAC, improving processes, implementing Salesforce and ServiceNow, and enhancing employee experience. Her expertise includes HR analytics, talent management, change management and organizational development.
Before this role, Prachi was HRH Leader – APAC at Honeywell, overseeing the HR Contact Center transition from Manila to Bengaluru and driving digital adoption. She has also worked at Capgemini and Infosys, managing large teams, succession planning, employee engagement and compliance audits. Her earlier experience at Union Bank of India and BCIL reflects a consistent focus on using innovative HR solutions to support business growth and improve employee experience.
