Premkumar has been elevated to the role of Cluster Head – Wind (South) at Serentica. He assumes this position after serving as Assistant Vice President and Chief Project Manager at the company.
In his new role, Premkumar will be responsible for overseeing the expansion of Serentica’s wind energy portfolio in the southern region. His mandate includes project delivery, execution oversight, and operational leadership across the southern cluster, supporting the company’s ongoing renewable energy initiatives.
During his tenure as Assistant Vice President and Chief Project Manager at Serentica, Premkumar led large-scale renewable energy project execution and construction strategy across multiple regions. His responsibilities included managing complex project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective delivery of wind and renewable infrastructure projects.
Before joining Serentica, Premkumar held senior leadership roles at Kshema Power and Svaryu Energy Limited, where he managed construction operations and renewable energy project execution. Earlier in his career, he worked with Enmas EPC Power Projects Limited, Currie & Brown India, and Vestas, gaining experience across EPC project management, construction leadership, and wind energy infrastructure.
With over two decades of experience spanning civil engineering, structural consulting, and renewable energy execution, Premkumar brings a background in project governance and delivery to his expanded role at Serentica, as the company continues to scale its wind energy operations in southern India.
