Role Overview:

• Manage overall store operations and profitability (P&L)
• Drive sales and meet business targets
• Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and achieve store sales plans aligned with business goals
• Manage gross margins, inventory, brand mix, and discounts
• Monitor product quality, productivity, and service standards
• Recommend merchandise mix and manage in-store displays
• Handle customer queries and ensure issue resolution
• Optimize costs and control shrinkage
• Conduct local events and marketing promotions
• Develop and train store staff for performance improvement

Requirements:
