Samsung and Google have started a new interactive museum program featuring the Galaxy S25 Edge and Gemini Live. The tour begins at Space Center Houston, the official visitor center of NASA’s Johnson Space Center. The goal is to give visitors a more engaging and personalized museum experience using AI tools.
At the museum, guests can use the Galaxy S25 Edge to interact with digital displays and receive real-time insights as they move through different exhibits. After registering at a kiosk, they are assigned space-themed usernames and guided through a series of activities using Gemini Live. The experience includes maps, progress bars and digital prompts to encourage participation and learning.
Visitors can explore history and science through AI-driven features while collecting points and becoming eligible for prizes, including digital items or retail offers. A leaderboard will also share fun facts and track activity throughout the visit.
This program is part of a larger tour, with more events planned for museums in Los Angeles, Dallas and New York later this year. The Houston event runs daily from July 31 to September 25, during regular museum hours. The aim is to mix learning with technology in a simple, accessible way for museum goers.
