Samsung Electronics has announced an expansion of its partnership with Toyota Motor to bring Smart Signage solutions to more dealerships worldwide. This follows the digital transformation of 1,250 Toyota dealerships across 40 countries earlier in 2025. The expansion involves the deployment of around 23,000 Smart Signage displays and remote management software in new markets, further modernizing Toyota’s retail network.

The displays, including Samsung’s QMC Series UHD lineup and touch-enabled interfaces, are being used in reception areas, consultation booths, vehicle display zones, and customer lounges. They allow visitors to browse models, explore specifications, and customize vehicle options in real time, creating a more interactive car-buying experience.

All displays are supported by Samsung’s MagicINFO™ platform, which enables centralized monitoring, remote troubleshooting, and secure management. The system is certified for international security and privacy standards, ensuring safe operations across dealerships.

This partnership supports Toyota’s goal of creating connected customer journeys while allowing dealership staff to focus on personalized service. For Samsung, the collaboration comes as it continues its 17-year leadership in the commercial display market, holding a 38.8% global share in Q2 2025.
