Samsung has introduced the Galaxy M36 5G in India as the latest model in its M Series. The device features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Vision Booster for improved visibility in bright environments. It is 7.7mm thick and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ for added durability. Color options include Velvet Black, Serene Green, and Orange Haze.
The Galaxy M36 5G runs on the Exynos 1380 processor built on a 5nm process. It is equipped with a vapor cooling chamber to manage heat during prolonged use. The phone includes a 5000mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging. It supports 5G connectivity and comes with One UI 7 based on Android, with Samsung promising six years of security updates and six Android OS upgrades.
On the camera front, the phone includes a 50MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a triple-camera setup on the rear, and a 13MP front camera. Features such as Auto Night Mode, Photo Remaster, and Object Eraser are also included. Video recording in 4K is supported on both front and rear cameras.
The device also offers AI features such as Circle to Search and Gemini Live, aimed at simplifying search and interactions. Security features include Samsung Knox Vault and support for Tap & Pay through Samsung Wallet.
