Samsung Electronics has announced the beta release of Samsung Internet for PC, marking the browser’s expansion from mobile to desktop. Available initially in Korea and the United States, the new version offers a consistent and connected browsing experience across Samsung Galaxy devices, reinforcing the company’s goal of integrating AI into everyday digital interactions.

Samsung Internet for PC enables users to sync bookmarks, browsing history, and passwords via Samsung Pass, ensuring secure and convenient access across devices. Users can also continue browsing from mobile to PC, maintaining workflow continuity. With Galaxy AI integration, the browser introduces features such as Browsing Assist, which provides webpage summaries and translations to make information easier to access.

Built with a focus on privacy and security, Samsung Internet includes smart anti-tracking and a Privacy Dashboard that allows users to manage data protection settings in real time. The browser’s development aligns with Samsung’s broader ambient AI vision, where AI enhances device interactions while maintaining user trust and security.
