Samsung Electronics has supplied professional monitors to support officiating and broadcast operations for select short track speed skating events at the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026.

Officials are using the 37 inch ViewFinity S8 monitor for real time video review near the field of play. The display offers 4K UHD resolution, a 16:9 aspect ratio and HDR10 support, helping referees review fast moving moments and close calls with greater clarity.

In broadcast control rooms operated by Olympic Broadcasting Services, the 55 inch Odyssey Ark monitor is being used to manage multiple live feeds. The curved 4K display and 1ms response time support smooth monitoring during high speed competition coverage.

Samsung is a Worldwide Olympic and Paralympic Partner and is running its Open Always Wins campaign during the Games. The company said it will continue developing display technologies suited for live sports environments and complex production settings.
