Samsung Opens Business Experience Studio in Gurugram to Showcase AI Solutions for Enterprises

Samsung has opened a new Business Experience Studio in Gurugram. The studio is designed to help enterprises explore Samsung’s AI powered B2B solutions across real world business environments. With an existing studio in Mumbai the Gurugram launch strengthens Samsung’s focus on enterprise customers in India.

Spread across 6,700 square feet the Business Experience Studio offers immersive zones covering sectors such as healthcare hospitality education retail and banking. The space brings together Samsung’s mobile devices displays healthcare equipment and smart solutions to demonstrate how connected technologies can support productivity digital transformation and data security at scale.

The studio highlights AI driven ecosystems supported by platforms such as Samsung Knox VXT and LYNK Cloud. These enable secure deployment and management across distributed environments including classrooms hospitals retail chains offices and hotels. Visitors can experience smart classrooms automated retail displays AI assisted healthcare tools paperless banking solutions and connected meeting rooms.

Other demonstrations include SmartThings Pro for connected workspaces system air conditioners with AI driven optimisation large format displays such as The Wall and an AI Control Room concept for unified monitoring. The studio also features AI enabled home and work from home experiences.
