Samsung Electronics is presenting its Bespoke AI kitchen lineup alongside Dacor at KBIS 2026 in Orlando, Florida.

Dacor is highlighting premium built in appliances including a 24 inch Undercounter Wine Cellar, Wine Column and Built in Wine Dispenser. The dispenser holds up to four bottles and features dual temperature zones for red and white wine. The brand is also showcasing a hidden kitchen concept that blends appliances such as refrigerators, cooktops and dishwashers into curved cabinetry designs. Dacor appliances support SmartThings connectivity for remote management.

Samsung’s Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub features AI Vision, which uses camera based recognition to identify food items and manage ingredient lists. The system currently recognizes up to 37 fresh food types and 50 pre registered items, with planned enhancements. Bixby voice control and SmartThings integration allow connected control across appliances.

Samsung also demonstrated Home Appliance Remote Management for monitoring, diagnostics and remote service support.
