Sauradipta brings with him extensive leadership experience spanning transitions, transformation governance, and large-scale program management.
In this strategic role, he will oversee critical business process transitions, strengthen change management frameworks, and ensure consistent delivery excellence across global operations. He holds extensive expertise in stakeholder alignment, contract governance, and leading transformation-led transitions.
Before this appointment, Sauradipta has worked with renowned organisations including Genpact, Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, and Acclaris, where he led end-to-end transition programs across industries and geographies.
