Schneider Electric has elevated Shilender W. to General Manager – Engineering.
With over 20 years of experience in engineering and process automation, Wankhede has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Senior Manager and Deputy General Manager – Engineering. His work has focused on automation systems, engineering execution, and large-scale project delivery.
Before joining Schneider Electric, he also contributed to engineering operations at Transweigh India Ltd.
In his new role, Shilender will lead engineering strategy and execution, with a focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and scalable automation solutions.
His experience in process automation and leadership is expected to support continued growth and strengthen engineering capabilities within the organisation.
