Sennheiser has launched DeviceHub, a secure cloud based platform for managing its AV devices remotely. The platform is now publicly available in beta and initially supports TeamConnect Bar Solutions.

DeviceHub allows IT and AV teams to monitor, manage and troubleshoot Sennheiser devices through a browser. It offers real time monitoring, diagnostics and alerts to help teams address issues before they disrupt meetings or classes. Devices can be organised by room, building, campus or region, making large scale deployments easier to manage.

The platform includes role based access so administrators, technicians and integrators only see relevant systems. Built on Microsoft Azure, DeviceHub follows recognised security standards for authentication, authorisation, encryption and data handling.

Support will expand to additional Sennheiser devices through 2026. A Local Web UI also enables single device setup through a browser, reducing software dependency during installation.
