Sennheiser will present a wide range of professional audio solutions at PLASA 2025 in London, including the debut of its Spectera wireless system, the SoundBase RF planning tool, and the full EW-DX range. These products are designed for live events, film, and broadcast industries where reliability and flexibility are essential.
Spectera, already tested at Glastonbury’s Dragonfly Stage, is the world’s first wideband bidirectional digital wireless ecosystem based on WMAS technology. It supports up to 64 channels in a single rack unit and allows bidirectional bodypacks to manage both microphone and monitoring signals simultaneously, delivering low latency and consistent audio quality.
SoundBase, developed by audio specialists Matt Dale and Donny Kuser, is the first brand-neutral RF planning and management software. It integrates with wireless equipment from all major manufacturers, streamlining coordination, enabling centralized workflows, and supporting remote collaboration for production teams.
Also featured is the EW-DX wireless range, part of the Evolution Wireless Digital family, including the new EW-DX EM 4 DANTE receiver. Additional highlights include microphones such as the e 835-S-PTT talk-back mic, the MD 421 KOMPAKT, and the Neumann Miniature Clip Microphone System for acoustic instruments.
The showcase runs from September 7 to 9 at Olympia London as part of Sennheiser’s 80th anniversary year.
