Siemens and Samsung C&T have signed a long-term partnership aimed at combining Samsung C&T’s engineering, procurement and construction experience with Siemens’ capabilities in automation, digitalization and electrification. The agreement is built around early joint involvement in major global projects, with both companies focusing on customer-specific needs and more coordinated delivery.

The first phase of the collaboration includes six large infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, Thailand and Canada. These cover airports, hospitals, buildings and data centers. Through a ONE Tech Company approach, Siemens will integrate its Smart Infrastructure and Digital Industries portfolio, including Building X, Electrification X, Gridscale X, prefabricated e-houses, Industrial Metaverse tools and blue GIS technologies. These tools aim to support project design, efficiency and system performance.

The partnership is intended to give both companies a way to respond to changing infrastructure requirements and to approach opportunities with a unified technical offering.
