He brings over 15 years of experience across Carrier and The Coca-Cola Company, with a background in HR leadership roles across Asia Pacific and Singapore. His experience includes talent transformation, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across sectors such as manufacturing, supply chain, and global capability centers.
In his new role, Subhajit Mitra will lead HR strategy and operations in India, focusing on workforce development, employee experience, and alignment of people strategy with business objectives.
