Sumana Srivastava has joined eBay as India Talent Acquisition Leader, joining the company’s global people leadership team. She brings over 24 years of experience in large-scale hiring for Fortune 500 companies and a strong track record in building diverse, high-performing teams.
Her career spans technology and services firms such as Intel, Philips, Dell Technologies, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Bank of America and Genpact, where she focused on data-driven hiring, operational excellence and people-centric leadership.
Before eBay, Sumana was Director and Country Leader for Talent Planning and Acquisition in India and DEI Lead for Greater Asia at Intel. She led diversity hiring initiatives, strengthened employer branding and developed programs to support women leaders, veterans and people with disabilities. At eBay, she will focus on innovation, agility and inclusion in talent acquisition across India.
