Vineet Kashyap takes on the role of Vice President, Strategy, Product Management & Data Centers for CSAME HVAC segment at Carrier

Vineet Kashyap has taken on the role of Vice President, Strategy, Product Management & Data Centers – Climate Solutions Asia and Middle East (CSAME) HVAC segment at Carrier. He brings over 25 years of international experience in strategy, product innovation and business transformation. At Carrier, Vineet has previously served as VP & GM, Global Container and VP, HVAC Strategy & Global Equipment Business, where he drove growth and innovation across the Asia and Middle East markets.

Before joining Carrier, Vineet held senior leadership roles at Chubb Fire & Security, United Technologies, Otis Elevator Co. and A.T. Kearney, contributing to strategic growth and operational excellence. In his new capacity, he will lead product development, data center solutions and HVAC strategy, reinforcing Carrier’s position as a global leader in climate and energy-efficient solutions.
