The Vivo V70 series is reportedly in development as the successor to the Vivo V60 lineup. A recent leak indicates that the new series may include four models: Vivo V70, Vivo V70 Elite 5G, Vivo V70 FE 5G, and Vivo V70 Lite 5G. These models are expected to be targeted mainly at global markets, while only the standard Vivo V70 is likely to launch in India. There is also a possibility that the Vivo V70 FE 5G could make its way to the country, although this is yet to be confirmed.
According to the tipster, the V70 series will not feature Pro or Pro Plus variants, which marks a shift from typical releases. The earlier V60 lineup included multiple models, but only the V60 and V60e were launched in India. Details about the V70 series remain unofficial, but a device believed to be the Vivo V70 was recently spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website, suggesting an upcoming India debut.
The listing reveals a model number V2538, and Geekbench data points to an octa-core chipset with clock speeds aligned with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 platform, along with an Adreno 722 GPU. Further specifications are yet to be confirmed.
