Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication plans for different product categories
- Use market and consumer insights to design strong marketing campaigns across offline and online channels
- Manage complete marketing activities including ATL, BTL, digital and PR
- Align brand positioning with business goals through collaboration with category teams
- Work with external partners such as creative, media and PR agencies
Requirements
- MBA or PGDM in Marketing or Communications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in FMCG, FMCD, or brand consulting agencies
- Proven experience in managing integrated campaigns and product launches
- Strong creative and strategic thinking with attention to detail

- Brand strategy and media planning
- Consumer understanding and content strategy
- Experience with digital marketing and design thinking
