Key Responsibilities

• Identification of prospects, shortlisting as per guidelines and target markets
• Identification of civil, electrical work for store readiness
• Engaging with agencies for designs, drawings and store rollout
• Commercial discussions, agreement with partners
• Complete ownership of the channel/outlets for volume-value-ROI and profitability
• Preparation of marketing plan as per markets and execution to improve traffic to the stores
• Create an unmatched consumer experience at the stores
• Mystery audit and hygiene management of store

Requirements

• MBA/PG with 8 years of experience in relevant field
• Experience in managing EBO channels with minimum 8 years experience in consumer durable or similar field.
