Bowers & Wilkins has unveiled its new flagship wireless headphone, the Px8 S2, which sets a new benchmark for performance, design, and craftsmanship in the premium over-ear category. Building on the heritage of the Px8 and Px7 S3, the Px8 S2 combines luxurious Nappa leather finishes, a slimmer profile, and replaceable components with cutting-edge acoustic technology.
At its core are 40mm Carbon Cone drive units powered by a dedicated amplifier, delivering stunning clarity, dynamics, and stereo spaciousness with minimal distortion. The headphones support aptX Adaptive 24/96 and aptX Lossless, enabling high-resolution streaming from services such as Amazon Music, Qobuz, and TIDAL, alongside wired options via USB-C and 3.5mm connections.
The Px8 S2 features the brand’s most advanced active noise cancelling yet, powered by eight microphones for exceptional noise suppression and call clarity with ADI Pure Voice technology. Battery life reaches 30 hours with ANC on, while a 15-minute quick charge provides seven hours of playback. Control comes through both physical buttons and the Bowers & Wilkins Music app, now featuring customizable EQ and True Sound tuning.
