Xiaomi has officially launched its first SUV, the YU7, starting at RMB 253,500. The vehicle is available in three versions:
YU7 Standard (rear-wheel drive, long range) for RMB 253,500
YU7 Pro (all-wheel drive, long range) for RMB 279,900
YU7 Max (high-performance all-wheel drive, long range) for RMB 329,900
The company describes the YU7 as a well-designed SUV focused on technology, comfort, driving experience, and safety.
In terms of design, the YU7 includes proportions that give it a streamlined appearance. It features a long hood, a wide body, and a lower stance similar to performance-focused SUVs. Xiaomi has emphasized attention to structural elements such as the crumple zone at the front, which measures 659 mm, aiming to enhance impact safety.
The car’s styling includes a strong rear profile and ratios that contribute to a sporty overall look. Xiaomi says the YU7 is built to meet modern expectations for design and function in electric SUVs.
