Zebronics is hiring a State Service Incharge to manage after sales service operations across the state. The role focuses on handling service centers improving customer experience and ensuring smooth service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee service operations across the state
• Handle service centers and ensure timely issue resolution
• Monitor warranty claims replacements and escalations
• Coordinate with service partners distributors and dealers
• Conduct audits to ensure service quality and compliance
• Track KPIs like TAT customer satisfaction and cost efficiency
• Manage spare parts inventory and service logistics
• Train and guide service teams for better performance
• Report service performance and improvement areas

Required Qualifications:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in after sales service operations
• Experience in consumer electronics or related industry
• Strong knowledge of service centers and dealer networks
• Experience handling warranty claims and escalations
• Understanding of service KPIs and performance tracking
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel within the state
