Surendra Nemani joins Hexaware Technologies as VP and Head of Cybersecurity

Surendra Nemani has joined Hexaware Technologies as Vice President (VP) and Head of Cybersecurity, where he will lead cybersecurity strategy and operations across Hexaware and its group companies. With over 17 years of experience in digital risk management, data protection, and information security leadership, he will focus on strengthening Hexaware’s cyber resilience and aligning its security framework with the company’s vision as a Cloud-first and AI-led technology organization.

Before joining Hexaware, Surendra held leadership positions at Flipkart, Cleartrip, and the Walmart Group, where he served as BISO and Head of Security for Cleartrip, Commerce Cloud, and Super Money. He also spent more than 14 years with Infosys, where he rose to the role of Director (GM) & Head of Information Security Engineering and Cybersecurity TechOps. His experience spans cyber defense, IT security architecture, and compliance management, making him a key leader in advancing Hexaware’s cybersecurity maturity and innovation.
