The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, expected to launch early next year, has surfaced on multiple certification platforms, offering a clearer picture of its specifications. The device, listed under model number SM-S9480 on China’s 3C database, indicates support for 60W wired charging. This marks a shift from Samsung’s earlier flagship models, which have remained at 45W. As with recent Samsung releases, the phone is expected to ship without a charger. The new charging option may appear under the ‘Super Fast Charging 3.0’ label, previously referenced as “level 4” charging in leaked One UI 8.5 firmware.

Additional information has also emerged through an FCC listing, referencing the chipset likely to power the device. The Galaxy S26 Ultra is rumoured to feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and a 6.9-inch M14 QHD+ CoE Dynamic AMOLED display with a peak brightness of up to 2,600 nits. Storage variants may include 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB, with a 16GB RAM configuration expected.

The camera system may retain a quad-lens setup, including a 200MP main sensor, two telephoto options, and a 50MP ultrawide sensor. The phone is also expected to carry a 5,000mAh battery and launch alongside the standard S26 and S26+ models.
