CitiusTech has announced a partnership with Ventra Health to develop and deploy an AI powered revenue intelligence platform.

The partnership centers on vCision™, a revenue intelligence platform that uses Agentic AI and adaptive models to identify improvement opportunities across the revenue cycle. CitiusTech is supporting the initiative through scalable engineering data and AI capabilities to speed up platform development and deployment.

As part of the broader AI platform initiative Ventra Health is also establishing a new Global Capability Center focused on engineering data and platform delivery. The center is intended to help integrate Agentic AI solutions across Ventra’s business portfolio.

Early results from the platform show measurable impact on revenue cycle performance. The solution has improved first pass payment rates by 19% reduced initial denial rates by 26% and helped accelerate recovery of delayed reimbursements using AI driven insights.
