Appointment Strengthens Financial Leadership for Growth and Compliance

Vipin Kaushik has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd., effective April 1, 2026.

In this role, he will lead financial operations, including planning, analysis, risk management, and compliance, while supporting the company’s growth and expansion initiatives. He was previously serving as Financial Controller at Servotech.

A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, Vipin Kaushik has worked across corporate finance, taxation, and strategy. His background includes roles at ICICI Bank, Delhivery, V2 Retail, and Franchise India.

He also holds certifications in international financial reporting and finance management, along with additional credentials in AI and GST.
