Fortis Healthcare Appoints Lokesh Shivakumar as Facility Director

Fortis Healthcare has appointed Lokesh Taridalu Shivakumar as Facility Director for its Yeshwanthapur hospital in Bengaluru.

In this role, he will oversee hospital operations and P&L, with a focus on operational efficiency, business growth, and improving patient care delivery. The appointment supports Fortis Healthcare’s expansion strategy following the acquisition of the facility.

Shivakumar brings experience from leadership roles across several healthcare organisations, including SPARSH Hospital, Apollo Hospitals, Gleneagles Hospitals, Narayana Health, and Manipal Hospitals, along with roles in pharmaceutical companies such as Nicholas Piramal India Limited and Wanbury Limited.

His expertise includes hospital operations, sales, business development, and financial management, positioning him to support the hospital’s growth and performance.
