Aparna N elevated to Chief Talent Leadership and Culture Officer role at IBM

Aparna N. has taken on the role of Chief Talent Leadership and Culture Officer at IBM. This follows more than two decades with the company where she has helped shape people strategies and support leadership development across different business units. In her recent position as Vice President HR for IBM Talent Management she worked on enterprise talent programs that focused on future skills and leadership growth.

Before this she served as Vice President HR for Offerings and Growth in IBM Consulting where she supported the people and culture goals for the consulting business and guided HR integration for global acquisitions. Her earlier roles in talent strategy, global mobility, HR leadership for IBM Systems and compensation programs show the range of her work across the company. With academic experience from Harvard Business School, Cornell ILR School and the National Institute of Management she now steps into a global position that will guide IBM’s approach to talent leadership and culture.
