Dr. Harpreet Singh Anand has joined Protean eGov Technologies as Chief Human Resources Officer

Dr. Harpreet Singh Anand has joined Protean eGov Technologies as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing over two decades of experience in financial services, technology, and the public sector. In his new role, he will lead the company’s people strategy with a focus on building a future-ready workforce, developing leadership talent, and enabling business transformation through culture and capability development.

Before joining Protean, Harpreet served as Senior Executive Vice President – Human Resources at Kotak Life, where he led initiatives to strengthen talent management and organizational effectiveness. His earlier roles at India Post Payments Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Pramerica Life Insurance, and Jio Tesseract reflect his expertise in HR strategy, learning and development, and organizational transformation.
