Gagan Mangal appointed as Head of Communications at Nissan Motor India

Gagan Mangal has been appointed Head of Communications at Nissan Motor India Private Limited. In this role he will lead corporate communications, media relations and brand messaging as the company strengthens its presence in the Indian market.

Before joining Nissan Motor India he spent over 14 years at Volkswagen India. There he held roles such as Lead Marketing Communications and Press, Head of Press Communications and Chief Manager Corporate Communication. His work focused on shaping brand and product narratives and managing media engagement across the automotive sector. Earlier in his career he worked at Hyundai Motor Company as Assistant Manager.
