Garmin has introduced the GPSMAP® 9000xsv series, expanding its flagship chartplotter lineup with new 10-, 13-, and 17-inch touchscreen models. Designed for professional and recreational marine users, the series combines high-resolution 4K displays, integrated xCHIRP sonar, and UHD scanning sonar to deliver detailed underwater views and improved situational awareness. The new models also feature 5GHz Wi-Fi® connectivity for faster updates via the ActiveCaptain® app and a refined interface for smoother operation.
Equipped with a Mini LED backlight, the 13- and 17-inch screens enhance brightness and contrast for clear visibility even in direct sunlight. The built-in RapidReturn™ technology enables up to twice the sonar refresh rate, offering more real-time information on fish targets and underwater terrain. Each device comes preloaded with Garmin Navionics+™ charts featuring Auto Guidance+ and supports an upgrade to Navionics Vision+™ for additional navigation tools such as high-resolution relief shading and satellite imagery.
The GPSMAP 9000xsv integrates seamlessly with Garmin BlueNet™ networking, allowing connection to multiple sensors, radars, cameras, and digital switching systems via OneHelm™. Available from November with prices starting at $3,199.99, the series offers flexible mounting options and a modern, edge-to-edge design suited for a wide range of vessels.
