Google reported its Q4 and full year FY25 results with annual revenue crossing $400 billion for the first time. Growth was supported by the company’s full AI stack and rapid adoption of Gemini 3. The Gemini app reached 750 million monthly active users with higher engagement following the Gemini 3 launch in December.
Search revenue grew 17% year over year as AI features expanded usage. Gemini 3 is now integrated into AI Mode in Search and AI Overviews with a seamless conversational experience.
YouTube generated more than $60 billion in annual revenue from ads and subscriptions and ranked number one in US streaming according to Nielsen. Growth in YouTube Premium and Google One helped drive more than 325 million paid subscriptions across consumer services.
Google Cloud revenue increased 48% in Q4 reaching an annual run rate above $70 billion. Cloud backlog grew 55% quarter over quarter to $240 billion driven by demand for AI offerings including Gemini Enterprise which has sold over 8 million paid seats.
Waymo raised its largest investment round to date. The company surpassed 20 million fully autonomous trips in December and now provides over 400,000 rides per week with operations expanding to Miami and more cities planned.
