HARMAN India is hiring a Manager I – Sales General to drive retail sell out performance and strengthen brand presence across channels. This role focuses on regional sales execution, retail excellence and consumer experience for premium audio brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sell out targets across LFR RR and GT channels
- Track sales performance trends and key retail metrics
- Ensure planogram compliance across retail formats
- Manage retail investments and store level execution
- Lead ISP and team deployment including hiring and productivity
- Improve store visibility and in store conversions
- Drive digital initiatives including GMB execution
- Plan marketing programs for key partners and focus stores
- Monitor market trends competition and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 15 to 20+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong experience in consumer electronics or consumer products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of retail channels and consumer behavior
- Ability to work cross functionally and lead teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint Word and related tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA degree
- Strong knowledge of local markets channels and geography
- Strong product presentation skills
Eligibility Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 70 percent domestically
- Open to flexible working hours based on business needs
