Harshita Khanna has joined BharatPe as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). She will lead the company’s people strategy to build a performance-driven culture and enable leadership development and organizational transformation. With over 18 years of experience in human resources, she brings strong expertise in talent management, total rewards, and cultural transformation. At BharatPe, she will focus on strengthening the HR framework to support growth and innovation in the financial services and UPI payments space.
Before joining BharatPe, Harshita was Chief People Officer at Home Credit India, where she led major digital HR and change management programs. She has also worked with Nokia, CSC, Schneider Electric, and Aon Hewitt in areas such as compensation strategy, performance management, and organizational design across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Latin America.
