IKall India is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth across mobile phones tablets and accessories. This role focuses on channel expansion retail execution and strengthening distributor and dealer networks in assigned territories.
What the role involves:
- Achieving primary and secondary sales targets for mobiles and tablets
- Executing regional sales plans aligned with company goals
- Driving sell-out through retailer engagement and in-market promotions
- Managing distributors dealers and retail partners
- Appointing new channel partners to expand market reach
- Ensuring product availability visibility and correct pricing
- Expanding presence in Tier 2 Tier 3 and rural markets
- Supporting product launches and promotional campaigns
- Conducting regular market visits and retailer meets
- Tracking competitor pricing schemes and new launches
- Collecting market and customer feedback
- Preparing daily weekly sales reports and MIS
- Coordinating with marketing logistics and service teams
- Ensuring timely collections and compliance with credit policies
Ideal profile:
- Graduate in any discipline MBA preferred
- 4 to 6 years of experience in mobile tablet or consumer electronics sales
- Strong understanding of distributor-led and retail-focused sales models
- Good communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Field-oriented mindset with willingness to travel extensively
