Jayant Balan appointed as Head – Room Air Conditioner Business at Voltas Limited

Jayant Balan has been appointed Head – Room Air Conditioner Business at Voltas Limited, a Tata Enterprise. In this role, he will lead the company’s Room Air Conditioner Business.

A member of Tata Administrative Services (TAS) since 1999, Balan joined Voltas in 2001 and has spent over two decades working within the Tata Group. His career at Voltas has included senior leadership responsibilities across manufacturing, supply chain, strategy, international operations, and consumer durables.

Since 2019, Balan has served as Chief Executive Officer of Voltbek Home Appliances Private Limited. During his tenure, he was involved in building and scaling the joint venture’s home appliances business.
