LG Electronics is expanding its LG Subscribe™ program across Asia, reflecting a growing consumer preference for flexible, subscription-based home solutions. The service offers access to premium home appliances, expert maintenance, and tailored payment plans designed to make everyday living more convenient and accessible.
In Singapore, LG launched its first LG Subscribe Brand Store at Suntec City in August 2025. The store provides an experiential space where visitors can explore products such as the LG Styler®, washing machines, refrigerators, and air purifiers available through subscription. The concept emphasizes accessibility, customer care, and engagement, with events such as family-themed workshops and interactive experiences enhancing community connection.
In Thailand, LG Subscribe has achieved notable growth since its introduction in 2024, reaching 10,000 subscribers within nine months and targeting 20,000 by its first anniversary. The program has expanded its service coverage to 50 areas and introduced three LG Subscribe Complex Centers, with plans to open four more by the end of 2025. Additionally, initiatives such as the LG Subscribe Friends influencer program and recognition events for sales teams have supported its nationwide reach.
