At Frieze London 2025, LG showcased its dedication to the intersection of art and technology through a captivating exhibition that celebrated the visionary work of Korean modern artist Se Ok Suh (1929–2020). His iconic ink paintings were digitally reimagined by his sons contemporary artist Do Ho Suh and architect Eul Ho Suh using LG OLED technology. The exhibition transformed Se Ok’s “People” series into an immersive digital experience, brought to life on LG SIGNATURE OLED T transparent TVs and LG OLED evo displays, where brushstrokes appeared to move and breathe through light and contrast.

Curated by Eul Ho Suh, the installation invited visitors to experience art as an evolving interaction between tradition and innovation. Extending beyond Frieze, the exhibition continued at the Korean Cultural Centre UK (KCCUK), complemented by a documentary exploring Se Ok’s artistic philosophy.

Furthering its cultural engagement, LG also announced a partnership with London’s National Gallery for the “Unexpected View” program a monthly series connecting classical and contemporary perspectives through creative dialogue.

These initiatives reflect LG’s ongoing mission to expand digital art’s reach, celebrating heritage while redefining how audiences experience creativity through LG OLED ART.
